2022 Black History Month Commemoration | Truly Alive Youth and Family Foundation Inc.
About this event
Truly Alive Youth and Family Foundation Inc – a conduit for Saskatoon Black Canadian Alliance Network invites members of Black communities across the Greater Saskatoon Metropolis and public to the 2022 Black History Month celebrations.
Over the years, Truly Alive Youth and Family Foundation Inc has hosted month-long Black History celebrations each February, showcasing Black excellence and addressing age-long social issues requiring lasting solutions.
In concert with local reality in Greater Saskatoon Metropolitan Area, the 2022 Black History Month Planning Committee with membership drawn from diverse Saskatoon Black communities and walks of life, has identified “STRONGER TOGETHER” as our local theme.
This year’s month-long celebrations will feature a line-up of events/activities with Government-level representatives and erudite Black academic/subject matter experts nationally in attendance. All events will be delivered virtually in consideration of COVID-19.
