Intercultural Cooking Series: Ghanaian Cuisine with Leticia Barnes

Experience a unique culinary and cultural learning adventure through an intercultural cooking session with our guest Leticia Barnes!

Sunday, April 23, 2023, ~ 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm

Please log in to the zoom link via Eventbrite on time to prevent being locked out. You can log in 30 minutes before the start of the program.

We will prepare 3tor (Mashed Plantains) and Kelewele as a snack!!

All registered participants will receive the recipes with the ingredients list and instructions. You can purchase the ingredients and be prepared to cook in the comfort of your home kitchen!

Grocery boxes will be provided to the first 10 permanent residents or Refugees who contact eessah@saskintercultural.org requesting a grocery box! It is first come, first serve. You will be contacted by email to confirm you are receiving a package.

For those receiving a grocery box, we request your PR #s for complimentary grocery boxes.

An SIA staff will contact you to arrange to pick up on April 20th or 21st.
