About our Chef:
Samara Tawil is a civil engineer from Syria with a passion for cooking. She enjoys the creative process of trying new flavours and crafting meals that bring people together, creating shared experiences and lasting memories. One of her favourite dishes is Syrian Kabsa, a culturally significant meal in Syria and the Arab world. Kabsa, a blend of rice, meat, and spices, is traditionally served at gatherings and celebrations, symbolizing hospitality. Passed down through generations, it holds a special place in Syrian identity, reflecting the richness of the region’s culture.
