Nigerian Tea Time

Join us to learn about the culture of the most populous Black nation on Earth.

Our guests will include Ugo Chimezie and Fred Solomon from the Nigerian Canada Association Saskatoon taking us on a journey into the land of Nigeria to learn about their unique tribes, languages, traditions, food, religion and much more. Not to be left out, Nigerian dances.

Shirley Martins an Igbo Nigerian will share her lived experience being a member of this tribe. Temitope Amusat a Newcomer Nigerian to Saskatoon which share her store as well. Talking about her transition to Saskatoon and the nuances between her culture and that which resides in Canada.
