Tea time: Celebrating Filipino Culture

Learning about different cultures enhances our understanding of the diverse perspectives that shape how people view the world. A strong sense of pride in one’s family and place of birth is fundamental. Core values such as fellowship, respect, and acceptance are prevalent across all cultures, and by taking the time to learn about one another, we often find that our similarities outweigh our differences. Join us in exploring the values, beliefs, customs, and traditions that make Filipino culture uniquely rich and vibrant!

We have special guest presenters from our community and a chance for all participants to engage in intercultural conversations.

The Culture team has created FIVE Global Story Boxes that will be raffled off to those in attendance so you can take home and share with your own family to continue the intercultural learning!
