SIA joins wholeheartedly with the world in recognizing International Women’s Day.
Each year, International Women’s Day amplifies the spotlight on women and acknowledges the vital contributions women have made and are making in the spaces they occupy. This movement is a constant effort to break free of our patriarchal society, where women are marginalized and relegated to subservient and submissive roles.
SIA stands in solidarity with women to help forge a gender-equal world. We celebrate women’s achievements and are committed to increasing visibility while calling out inequality.
At SIA, 50% of our management, 60% of our Board, and over 70% of our staff identify as women. We also offer programs specifically supporting women, such as our LINC Women LEAD and PACT employment programs.
