We invite you to our 2023 Annual General Meeting on June 28th, 2023, at 6 p.m. The meeting will be held in person at our main office at 601B 1st Ave N in Saskatoon. If you cannot attend in person, don’t worry, we’ve got you covered with an online option on Zoom.

If your membership needs renewal, complete the form and pay your fees before the meeting. Payments can be made through e-transfer, cheque (before the meeting), or cash/debit/credit (in-person). For Zoom attendees, please remember to use e-transfer. The membership fee has been revised to $10 per individual and $30 per group, as approved by the Board. We’ll refund the difference if you’ve already paid your 2023-2024 membership fees.

We’ll share essential documents in June, including the Annual General Report, AGM Report, 2022-2023 financials, and AGM Agenda. Should you have any inquiries or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
