Anti-Racism Crash Course

This course overviews what anti-racism practice involves and how organizations can start setting a map towards racial equity. We go over the basic terminology, the history of racism, an analysis of how structures and systems can produce and reproduce racism, and concrete tools for organizations to assess how their organizations can make concrete changes that create more equitable, diverse and inclusive spaces for Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC).

Dates & Location

  • You can choose a course from four dates. All courses are the same.
  • Max 20 participants per course.
  • All courses take place in person at SIA from 10:00 am – 3:30 pm.
  • There are a one-hour lunch break and two 15 minute breaks.

Date 4: Wednesday, November 24
