Bridging to Employment (B2E) Program
Overview
Bridging to Employment (B2E) is a 20-week program exclusively designed for newcomers who possess valuable experience and education acquired outside of Canada. B2E serves as a vital conduit for Canadian work experience while also facilitating the connection of newcomers’ skills to a wide range of employment opportunities. The program comprises two distinct components, each meticulously crafted to empower participants throughout their journey. The initial segment involves comprehensive classroom training that equips participants with the knowledge and tools necessary to excel in the Canadian job market. This is followed by a practical, hands-on experience, enabling newcomers to gain firsthand exposure to the Canadian work environment, fostering a seamless transition and augmenting their employability.
B2E Program consists of two major parts:
- During the initial ten weeks, participants will receive comprehensive, full-time training encompassing digital literacy and essential employability skills.
- The program’s second half presents an invaluable personal and professional growth opportunity. Participants will embark on a paid 10-week work placement within their respective fields of education and expertise.
