English for Employment (E4E)
Overview
English for Employment is a 12-week Employment and English learning program for Newcomers that is designed to gain knowledge of the Canadian work environment and to connect to the labour market in Saskatchewan. Topics include digital literacy training, resume and cover letter building, interview skills, job searching, communication, and Canadian work culture.

Eligibility Requirements
- Must be a Newcomer (PR, Temporary Resident, Work Permit, or Canadian Citizen);
- 18+ years old;
- Legally eligible to work in Canada; and
- CLB 5 to 8.
Location & Times
English for Employment (E4E) has two separate classes, times and locations for in-person classes:
- Mornings: Tuesdays and Thursdays | 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
St. Martin’s United Church | 2617 Clarence Ave S
- Evenings: Tuesday and Thursday | 6:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Wildwood Mennonite Church | 1502 Acadia Drive

- Intake 1: January 16-April 4 2024
- Intake 2: May 3 – August 8, 2024
- Intake 3: September 10 – November 28, 2024
